The hotel is close to a mall and a big supermarket, making it convenient for those who need to grab some essentials. the staff is friendly and accommodating and the room is clean and comfortable. the breakfast has a variety of options to choose from, including freshly baked bread. the keyless door lock and USB ports in the headboard are a plus.
The waiting time for the elevator can be a bit long at times.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Tsuruoka with my partner and we had an amazing time! The beautiful mountain view from our room and the relaxing onsen were definitely the best aspects of our stay. We also loved the yummy breakfast with a new menu every day and the convenience of having a mall and a supermarket nearby. Plus, the staff were so friendly and accommodating that it made our romantic escape even more memorable.
The distance from the train station, which took us around 15 minutes to walk. However, we had rented a car, which made it easier to move around the city.

The breakfast offered a variety of foods including freshly baked bread and chocolate croissants. Another positive aspect was the large TV with video, on, demand. the hotel's location was convenient with a nearby convenience store and shopping mall, as well as a 10, minute walk to the train station.
The room was small, and the bathroom and toilet were cramped. there was only one elevator, leading to some wait times.

Great location near mall and supermarket. Yummy breakfast with fresh bread and chocolate croissants. Friendly staff. Convenient keyless door lock.
